Return Policy

This policy outlines the terms regarding the return of products purchased from TRYMBKM.

1. Digital Goods Exemption

The Signal Assessment and resulting Certificate are fully digital products. As such, they are exempt from traditional "return" policies that apply to physical goods.

Once a report has been generated or an access code has been redeemed, the "product" is considered consumed and cannot be returned.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. Each assessment is unique to the user and the specific inputs provided at the time of the assessment.

3. Defective Content

If you believe your report contains technical errors (e.g., blank pages, missing sections) due to a system failure:

• Please contact support immediately.
• We will investigate the issue and, if verified, regenerate the report for you at no additional cost.
• This does not cover dissatisfaction with the assessment results themselves, which are derived directly from your responses.

4. Cancellations

Orders for access keys that have not yet been redeemed may be cancelled upon request, subject to verification. Once a key is used, the order cannot be cancelled.
